Returns & Refunds

We believe so much on the quality and efficacy of Franch products. We want to share the same trust and experience with our products. We guarantee our product 100%. For any reason you do not want to continue using our product and want to return it anytime for any reason, we will gladly take it back and refund you full payment, subject to our Returns & Refunds Terms and Conditions.

You may also want to return the product for other reasons as stated below :-

  • If you received a damaged or defective item.
  • If you receive an item with a defective pump or cap.
  • If you receive a wrong item from what you actually ordered from our store. 
  • If you have any suspicion with the quality of our product, and want to return the product

Steps to return the Product

STEP 1: Inform us

  • Go to our website
  • Sign-in you name
  • Go to your My Account page
  • Select Orders and the click on the order which contains the product/s you want to return
  • Click on return 
  • Enter the quantity against the item you want to return
  • Press Proceed to Check Out
  • Then check out

STEP 2: Package your items and the invoice that came with your order(s).

  • Complete the return form sent to you via email
  • Enclose the return form and your return merchandise inside the box and keep a copy of the return form for your records.

STEP 3: Take your package to the carrier of your choice.

  • Be sure that all return packages are properly insured and trackable.
  • Return shipping fees are the customer’s expense.
  • Keep the tracking information until your return has been processed.

STEP 4: Send your package to the following address:

STEP 5: Please allow up to 21 business days for us to receive your return and process your credit.

Payment refund procedure

All return refunds will be credited to the original form of payment (excluding shipping and handling charges). If you paid with a Gift Card or E-Gift Card, a new E-Gift Card will be issued and emailed to you. All applicable promotions, discounts, offers, free items (as part of a qualifying purchase) and coupons granted at the time of purchase will be prorated and applied to the refund amount. Once the return is processed, we will send an email confirmation of your credit. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
