Customer Shipping
All you need to know about delivery, from when your order will arrive to how it will get there. Delivery method sand related costs will be displayed to you upfront during checkout based on your location.
Incoming orders will be processed on a daily basis, from Monday to Saturday. There will be two delivery time slots. The first delivery time slot will be for all order received from 4.01pm the previous delivery day until 11.00 am. The second delivery time slot will be for all orders received from 11.01 am to 4.00 pm. Once the orders are processed you will be notified via email together with the shipping company and related tracking number. You can directly click on this to track your orders.
Tracking your order
Once your order is verified, it is packed and shipped via the preferred shipper such Pos Laju. JNT or Gdex. You will be notified via email of your order together with the shipping company details and the related tracking number. On the email you may click on the tracking number and it will take to directly to the shipping company website ‘s tracking page. From there you will be able to monitor your package until arrival at your door step.
If you did not receive an email, you may also login to our website and go to the “My Account” page to retrieve the status, shipping company and tracking number from there. In any event, you may also contact our Customer Help Desk at our toll free number

Customer Shipping Frequently Asked Questions
All items are delivered directly to your doorstep. When placing your order please specify delivery instructions, e.g. narrow road or guard house etc… Upon delivery, the shipping personnel will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for delivery.
We will deliver the goods to you on the day you have selected and within the time slot when you placed your order. Usually it will take between 2-3 days for West Malaysia and 3-5 days for East Malaysia.
Once you have placed your order, we will only contact you if there is a problem with your delivery. You can check the status of your order at any time – just log on to “My Account” and go to “My Order” and click on your order number.
If for any reason we are unavoidably delayed, we will get in touch with you to let you know.
In the event that you are not going to be in to receive your delivery, you need to call the shipping company to arrange for a new delivery schedule or any other suitable alternate arrangements.
It is a company priority to ensure all deliveries are made within the stipulated time. However, there may be instances where there are delays which are beyond our control.
You can check the status of your order at any time – just log on to “My Account” and go to “My Order” and click on your order number. If you do not get a satisfactory status of your delivery, please call our
Anyone in the house can sign for the order, Usually, the shipping personnel will ask for your and IC number to be written on the delivery slip. If you need any specific arrangement you may state in the shipping notes on the checkout page when you make the order on our website.
You can specify delivery to your home, to work or to someone else. If you are ordering the products for someone in a different address, you can send it directly to the recipient.
At the checkout page you can click the checkbox “Ship to Different Address” to change to a new destination.
Once you’ve completed checkout, you will not be allowed to reroute your order or change your delivery address. This is our policy to protect your order from being “hijacked”.
